HEALING KARMIC IMPRINTS AND KARMIC LOOPS

One of the joys of healing others is discovering something you know is going to be a game-changer. Karmic imprints and loops affect many of us, plaguing us from lifetime to lifetime with unresolved behaviours, patterns and traumas. During a recent session, however, I discovered how to release them, and boy, has my healing levelled up!

WHAT IS KARMA?

I should begin by explaining what Karma actually is. On a basic level, it is the notion that ‘we reap what we sow’. If we do bad things to people, we will be punished, either in this life or subsequent ones, usually having the same deeds perpetrated on us. Through processing Karma, our Soul learns and evolves.

If we take as a given that our Souls incarnate into different lifetimes to learn lessons, why is it so difficult for us to work through Karma and release it?

Each life we live, we accumulate Karma through our own actions, more than we can effectively discharge in that life. On our next incarnation, we go through a ‘Veil of Forgetfulness’, which prevents us remembering what Karma we had to clear, so in spite of guidance from our Higher Selves and Spirit Guides, we repeat the same old mistakes again.

Every time we live a life where we repeat the same behaviour or pattern, the Karmic imprint in our energy field is reinforced and strengthened, and guess what that does? It makes it more and more difficult to resist falling into the same groove as each lifetime progresses.

Often in both my hypnosis and energy clients, I see these running ‘themes’ showing up. They can be anything, but common ones are betrayal, revenge, abuse, doomed relationships, health and chronic disease issues, poverty and sabotaging success.

Looking at Karma from a Higher Spiritual perspective allows us to appreciate that it is simply energy that allows us to see how far we have strayed from Unconditional Love: It is a reminder that we need to take stock and re-align with Source.

When Diane came to see me for an energy healing, she was quite distraught. Her daughter Lucy was in her late teens, and although she had had a happy childhood with loving parents, she treated her mother abominably.

Diane was at a loss, and exhausted from taking the brunt of her daughter’s anger and lies. Everything Lucy did seemed to be for the sole purpose of hurting her mother.

When I checked Diane’s energy during our first session, there was a huge black cloud of depression and despair over her head. I also felt blockages on her shoulders- heavy energies of hopelessness and sadness ‘a weight on her shoulders’.

After removing these and using Light to heal, she felt instantly better. During the first session, negative cords were cut (there was a big one connecting her to Lucy at the Solar Plexus, where Lucy was draining her energy), fractured soul fragments were retrieved and healed and I did a bit of ancestral line healing, where trauma and old wounds passed down the mother and father’s family line are healed and cleared.

In her Solar Plexus was a nasty energy, like two black snakes. This was related to lack of self confidence and self worth, and I find them quite often in clients at the Solar Plexus. They were removed, and bright golden energy was used to fill the empty space.

On subsequent sessions, I found more blockages to self love and assertiveness, and her throat chakra was very ‘shrunken’, due to her being so intimidated by Lucy’s bullying. She had given up trying to reason with her, and this was reflected in her poor throat. I worked on balancing and restoring the energy there.

With energy healing, it usually takes a few sessions dealing with physical issues and surface emotional blockages before we get down to the nitty gritty of deeply entrenched patterns. Often these can be traced back to past lives, and I have learned that these can’t be ‘forced’ to the surface- they must be addressed at the right time, as and when they come up.

With Diane, I was beginning to see a pattern emerge over the course of the sessions we had done. These past lives had all come up for healing at different times:

*Diane and Lucy had been Arcturian slaves on Mars along with the rest of their family. Diane was planning to escape with a group, but Lucy (who was old and ill in this life) decided to report them to their captors in order that he would be given medical treatment as a reward. Their captors rewarded him by making him pull the lever in a gas chamber, gassing his family and the rest of the escape group.

*Diane was a poor young orphan girl of 15 in 17^th Century France. In order to feed herself, she turned to prostitution, but she was horribly abused. Lucy was a man in that lifetime who raped her and gave her syphilis, which caused her a long, painful, humiliating death.

*Lucy was an 18^th Century widow who lived with her vain, selfish son (Diane) on a large estate. She scrimped and saved every month to afford food and rent, but her feckless son gambled and drank their money away, and his behaviour resulted in her getting thrown out of her cottage with nowhere to go.

*Diane envied her neighbour’s farm, so she accused her of witchcraft. Her neighbour (Lucy) was tortured, tried and hanged along with her husband.

The Karmic imprint of ‘revenge’ had been played out so many times that it had become a Karmic ‘loop’, where each person betrayed and attacked the other time and time again. This lifetime it looked like it was Diane’s turn, and unless they got help, neither of them could hope to escape the cycle.

Knowing and understanding where an issue stems from, getting to the origin of it, is key in healing and being able to process trauma effectively. I have found that once I know a Karmic imprint is there, I can clear it from the energy field. I realised also that I can jump onto the timeline of the event to just before it happens, and clear it from there.

With timeline jumping, however, YOU CANNOT HEAL OR CHANGE ANYTHING which may impact the client’s current timeline, for obvious reasons.

I raised the issue of Lucy with Diane: while she was healing, progress would be limited unless Lucy agreed to healing also. Although Lucy didn’t want to see me in person, she agreed to distance sessions. This allowed me to work on her as well, and once the karmic loop was released and healed, we focused on healing the mother/daughter relationship.

Energy healing is not something that happens overnight, but I am happy to report that after around 10 sessions, Lucy and Diane are closer than ever, and their bond is strengthening all the time.
