SOUL JOURNEYS

I have never really been interested in astral travel, probably because I have never managed to do it consciously! Journeys involving taking your consciousness ‘for a wander’, however, are something I have always found fun and easy.

Recently, I have been using these ‘soul journeys’ to help me in my healing work.

While astral travel involves your astral body leaving your physical, soul journeys do not pose any risk. It is your consciousness doing the travelling, along with any guides, Higher Self or beings you choose.

I generally ask my Higher Self to ‘take me to the Akashic Library’, or to a different dimension, or even a past life where I can observe, speak to other beings or ask questions about something.

I have had help in my healing work from other beings who are experts at healing certain conditions through this, and I often ask for advice that would help me to help my clients.

Recently I have found that I can meet with clients’ souls at different stages of their life to help the client with difficult relationships.

Regular readers of my blog will know Stuart and Rachel, a twin flame couple I have been working with. Their healing relationship has been stymied along the way by Calum, Stuart’s ex business partner.

Recently, I had found cords from Calum to Stuart and Rachel, connecting him to various chakras. Although Calum was not consciously aware he was doing this, there were past life versions of him connecting to traumas experienced by both Stuart and Rachel in this life. Some of these cords were draining energy, others were putting in negative energy.

As Calum’s interference had been an ongoing theme in their healing, I realised things were not going to improve without help. I decided that the best place to start would be the end of the first life where they were all together, a homosexual ‘love triangle’ as Knights Templar. This was the lifetime that Stuart and Rachel’s souls both shattered, and a lot of Stuart’s soul fragments had stuck to Calum.

Although Stuart and Rachel were twin flames, Calum and Stuart also were ‘twin flames’ of a sort, sharing fragments of each others’ souls. This had caused many complications for all three of them over many lifetimes.

Any time I journey or connect with other beings, I first connect with Source, the Divine, and ask for protection, insight and contact only with beings for the highest and best outcome. I trust Source only to connect me with beings of the Light.

For this journey, I went back to the between life stage of the three souls concerned. I spoke to all three, and explained that issues from the Templar life were still causing problems for them all in their current life.

Calum and Stuart’s souls both affirmed that they shared a bond of love, and that they were still bound by a couple of contracts in the current life. As I have never worked with Calum, I hadn’t removed or healed anything left with him. His soul asked me to do a session on him to tie up some loose ends.

Calum’s soul expressed that he was still jealous of Rachel and angry that Stuart had chosen her, which was where the cords were coming from. Stuart still loved Calum, but felt guilty because of his treatment of him, and Rachel couldn’t stand the hold Calum still had over Stuart, and wanted him out of their life.

After some discussion, the three souls realised they could not go on this way, and we reached the stage where Calum’s soul acknowledged that Stuart had chosen Rachel. He forgave Rachel and Stuart, and agreed to let go of any past hurt. Rachel and Stuart both forgave Calum, and each other. All past hurts were forgiven, and the three souls agreed to move forward amicably.

I did a remote session for Calum (after getting permission from his Higher Self) where I removed a soul contract binding him to Stuart (‘I’ll always be with you’), some cords linking them through past lives, and a vow to Stuart always to love him.

Since that journey, there have been no further cords and Calum has been keeping a low profile!

Another client who benefited from a soul journey was Vanessa. She has been a regular client for a number of months now, and her main issue was coming to terms with the fact that not only is she an empath, but her energetic boundaries have been very weak.

She has been working through childhood traumas and feelings of low self esteem, and one of the recurring themes on her healing journey has been her relationship with her sister, who has dominated and bullied her throughout her life.

Recently Vanessa has been more conscious of her sister’s influence, and particularly the effect she has on her feelings of self worth and self esteem. During sessions, I have found cords attached to Vanessa from her sister, draining energy out and sending negative energy in. I also found a large disc style blockage over her head, which traced back to her sister. She had put it there to block Vanessa’s connection to her guides and Higher Self.

Things came to a head when I received an email from Vanessa asking if I could do an emergency distance session on her, as she had excruciating pain in her hips and lower back which had started as a niggle, but was now unbearable.

When I tuned into the area, I saw immediately that it was a past life situation. Vanessa was a young woman, lying in a forest clearing with three other women. All had hands and feet bound and were lying side by side. Suddenly, a massive tree creaked and fell across the bodies of the three women, crushing their hips. The women were left to die in excruciating agony, having been found guilty of witchcraft. The perpetrator of this atrocity was a ‘Witchfinder’, who had devised this novel execution in the area he covered as a Magistrate. That witchfinder was Vanessa’s sister.

After clearing and healing these old past life traumas, the pain disappeared.

There were cords from Vanessa’s feet to this lifetime, where her sister was actively blocking her spiritual development. As I explained to Vanessa, I don’t even think her sister is consciously aware that this is going on, but it is still having an impact. Following one of the cords, I saw that her sister was deeply envious of Vanessa’s psychic gifts, and doesn’t want them developing any further.

One cord went back to a past life, where Vanessa and her sister were mother and daughter. They were Ukrainian Jews, and were marched along with thousands of others into the forest at Babi Yar, where a mass grave was dug and the Jews shot. Although Vanessa survived the shooting, she was buried alive and died shortly after.

Her daughter wanted to hide and refuse to go on the march, but her mother forced her to go. This created a betrayal and revenge karmic wound, and Vanessa’s sister entered her current life already itching for revenge.

I found soul contracts and vows on Vanessa which showed that the dynamic of dominant/submissive abuser/abused had been going on for at least four or five lifetimes, with Vanessa always being submissive to her sister. This had created a karmic loop, where the same dynamic was playing out over and over again.

Again I decided to visit the between-life stage just before this current life to talk to the souls of Vanessa and her sister.

The sisters’ souls admitted that although they have had five lifetimes with exactly the same lesson/mission, they both liked the power dynamic they played as dominant/submissive counterparts.

I explained that while all that was well and good, had either of them learned anything new or evolved over the past five lifetimes? They both said no, and I reminded them that the whole point of reincarnating as souls on Earth was to learn and grow, not stagnate.

I explained to Vanessa’s sister how unfair it was to block Vanessa’s healing and growth. Her soul again admitted the fear she had that Vanessa was far more gifted than her. There was also a fear of being vulnerable, something her sister had not experienced before and was not used to.

The lesson THIS lifetime was that both sisters would push through their comfort zones and help each other to grow by pushing against each other.

Sister agreed not to put any more blocks in Vanessa’s way, as she saw how it was only holding her own growth back. She also agreed not to attach any more cords to Vanessa.

Vanessa had the resolve and the support to break the cycle and confront her sister’s toxic behaviour. She was doing a lot of inner work, and was invested in her own healing and strengthening her energetic boundaries. This life she would break free!

We reached a stage where both souls forgave each other for past wrongs, and agreed to move on amicably. I asked Source to provide healing for both women with a view to eventually forming a healthy, loving, sisterly relationship.

Speaking to Vanessa later, I told her that one day she would be able to speak to her sister about all this, but not for a while- she would know when the time was right.
